- Executed 12-20 campaigns annually with a small production team
- Planned timelines/hours/resources with project and account managers
- Involved from concept to completion
- Dove deep into marketing automation/VDP platforms and their capabilities (Distribion & FusionPro)
- Documented all processes, learnings, tricks, tips, code snippets and more
- Trained the production team in template creation and designers in template do’s and don’ts
- Mapped customizations and coding approach – driven by tactic, client brief, design and copy
- Versioned tactics keeping all template capabilities in mind
- Coded templates with occasional assistance from developers
- Templatized email and landing page HTML provided by developers
